Little Nippon, formerly Bruge, was given over to the Unicorns from the Vipers after the Unicorns aided the Vipers against the Gasharim, a race from a fiery world that followed pure Law.

Since then the Governorship has been given to the Tengu and they have made it their base of operations and renamed it Little Nippon.

The town is a is a small port in southern Teutonia, not to be confused with another city called Bruge in Northern Teutonia.
