High Admiral Tarvan used to be a Knight of Ancalime, but left the Knights when they left the Faction. Despite this, he is still a follower of Ancalime the White. Tarvan joined the navy several years ago, beginning as a navigator and rising through the ranks to become the High Admiral.
Tarvan has lived on the island of Grynd and has done so for many years, having once been responsible for controlling the island's mystical movements around Mauritanja.
